Logistic center «Agromir Kazan'» is a multifunctional, universal structure. It is designed as a wholesale and logistic platform that provides small agriculture manufacturers with the access to a centralized marketing, storage, processing and sales system so that they can interact directly with the wholesalers, retailers and end customers.
The logistic center is perfectly located in very close proximity to M-7 highway Moscow-Kazan'-Ufa.
The exhibition center with a hotel and a business center is a dominating element of the complex, that will be located on the first line of the buildings
The trade-exhibition and business centers in the complex shape are the dominating elements of the logistic center. They are located at the first building lines and one of their fronts is facing M-7 highway Moscow-Kazan'-Ufa. The front's structure is simple and laconic – on the extensive line of trade-exhibition pavilions there are three solid kubes: red, yellow and green that's the main color score of the logistic centre. The hotel and the business centre are placed in a 7-storey part of the complex. Solid architecture of the building underlines its functionality. The snow-white of the front is simultaneously the neutral background and the contrast to the bright colors of trade and storage facilities.

The central part of the trade and exhibition complex is a well-organized inner court. It is formed by the merging of the trade and exhibition and hotel and business parts via a pass-through gallery supported by columns. The red-yellow-green color concept continues in the gallery arrangement, in this case the cubes are on the ground and recessed into the front. The calm architecture of the inner court is emphasized by the red console form in its eastern part.

Well-organized inner court space makes business center atmosphere very comfortable and attractive both to the people, working there and the visitors. Lots of greenery, recreation facilities with terraced cafes in summer create the most favorable environment for business at a worldwide level with the highest quality standards of the services provided.
In the south-eastern part of the complex there's a separate residential building for the center's employees. The group comprised of 6 buildings forms a rectangle – block with a well-organized court. The fronts are covered with traditional cladding materials for residential buildings – brick and plaster. The colors are calm - light plaster of the milk color and brown brick.
