What we do
We are offering the general project services, as well as complex analysis of investment projects' execution, taking into account town planning conditions of the land lots. We also provide the Technical and Environmental Substantiation (TEO- (C)) of an investment effectiveness of a project.

Our approach
We pay much attention to design requirements specification, architectural and constructional solutions development, defining and selecting optimal requirements to engineering building systems at the planning stage. This allows our customers to avoid the unnecessary corrections in the future.
TOP PROEKT takes responsibility for linking all the formulated design elements with the governmental institutions' requirements and current legislature. Our goal is to fully concentrate on searching and developing the key image of the project to make it easily recognizable and attractive for the consumer. After decision making stage we proceed to solving the next level of tasks – work and project documentation development.
We are responsible for the necessary engineering survey for design, construction and reconstruction. Also we are able to get the conclusions and approvals of the specialized organizations to the separate sections of the project, the positive expert examination reports of the generated documentation. We provide the field monitoring of the construction process and its technical support as well.
