The main advantages of the business center — architectural and spatial composition, comfortable environment and landscaped yard space

While designing the business center the main objectives were to preserve the existing building, situated in Northern Administrative District of Moscow, Izhorskaya Street, and construct 2 new buildings.
The coming forward plate forms transitional, buffer space between the street and the entrance hall of the buildings.
The construction of the existing administrative building began in the 1980-s, but has never been finished, only the frame of the building was constructed. Up to the current moment the building was neglected.
The construction of the general composition of the group of buildings was circled around the existing structure
The configuration of the building being reconstructed and the form of the ground area were the keys to the choice of the new structures' layout. Freestanding towers were positioned perpendicular to each other, outskirting the internal, yard border of the building, creating nonconventional silhouette seen differently from different viewing angles. The new buildings have the joint underground parking, the stylobyte part of it being used for internal courtyard improvement.
The main construction principle - composing a comfortable space of a new development, attractive both for business center workers, as well as the district tenants
For the purpose of creating the integrated image of the group of buildings, the window openings of the new structures are proportionate with the windows of the existing building. To emphasize the integrity of the concept, the fronts of all the three buildings are in the same color palette and the same finishing materials. The main entrance into the reconstructed building and one of the new buildings are accentuated by the flat horizontal plate, supported by columns which stand out of the bulk of the building. The coming forward plate forms transitional, buffer space between the street and the entrance hall of the buildings. The space of the internal courtyard between the towers is arranged as a recreation area, with the help of the pavilion of the structure, which is similar to the structures of the entrance groups. Such technique sends us back to landscape architecture that underlines the main construction principle - composing a comfortable space of a new development, attractive both for business center workers, as well as the district tenants, also arranging maximal greenery planting and territory improvement with recreation areas and open space cafes.
Internal courtyard is totally a pedestrian area.
The cars are not allowed to the territory of the business center at working hours, entrance to and exit out of the underground parking are carried out directly via Izhorskaya Street, eliminating the drive through the internal territory. The ground floor is taken by premises focused on public services (branch bank, telecom salon, drugstore, dry-cleaning, yoga studio and beauty salon) which are meant to be visited by the tenants of the neighboring houses both at week days as well as at the weekends. Also, room for a café for the office workers is provided in each of the buildings.
