The site area is located in the northern administrative district of Moscow, in Khoroshevsky district, between the group of air terminal buildings and the football arena of CSKA Sport complex.
The building is 14-stories high with two underground stories and has the rectangular shape in the plan
Construction project of the business center in Leningradskyi avenue, property 37, bldg.7 was developed by Central Research Institute of industrial buildings, JSC («TSNIIPromzdaniy» architect Petukhov A.N.) in 2008. In 2010 the contractor decided to correct the project documentation with further detailed design, that was granted to «TOP PROEKT» LLC.
The architectural image of the building is planned in the context of existing buildings in Leningradskiy avenue – the administrative «Aeroflot» building and the office «Mercedes» building.
The principal entrance is constructed along the main axis of the master plan and stands out of the front of the building in the form of skew butts on the first and second story level. The opposite corner of the front repeats the same method and creates non-standard perception of the end façade as the main one. The contrast materials of the glazing and wall enclosures – blue stained glass and bright yellow wall panels –are used for panel lining in the fronts' cropping places.

The building is 14-stories high with two underground stories and has the rectangular shape in the plan. The basis of the typical story plan is a strict zoning. In the central part there is an elevator block with a hall, service facilities, mine for utilities, stairs. The zone of the office buildings is located alongside window openings in the daylight area and provides open space planning.
Severe building facades with bright details reflect the internal structure and function.
