Trade fair grounds "Agromir-EXPO" is situated in Leninsky district Moscow region near 29 km Moscow Ring Road and occupies 50 ha.
On the territory of the fair subindusrial complexes are planned: a business center, hotel, pavilions, storage and car parking
The goal of the project is to create a multifunctional complex for providing the best business conditions for big and small wholesale agricultural trade, the products display and storage. On the one hand, the grounds are oriented at agricultural manufacturers and importers, on the other at supermarket owners, as well as small "within walking distance" shops, restaurant and catering business owners.
On the territory of the fair subindusrial complexes are planned: a business center and a hotel, specialized exhibition and trading pavilions, storage and production pavilions, an open car parking, and an underground parking under the whole trade fair grounds.

The complex objective to integrate diverse and multifunctional buildings into a unified complex is solved by uniting module trade fair pavilions via one narrow pavilion – "red arrow".
This idea is also conditioned on the necessity to create a security zone, as there's a high pressure supply line under the site area.
The method allowed to solve several problems simultaneously: construction of the main town-planning composition, recreational area in the supply line zone organization, with a boulevard, pedestrian passages, much greenery and also construction of minor architectural compositions, outside which there is a production and storage zone, separated from the main composition.

The grounds are oriented at agricultural manufacturers and importers, on the other at supermarket owners, as well as small "within walking distance" shops, restaurant and catering business owners.
Two towers of the business center and the hotel, located near the western entrance to the complex, dominate the whole composition. Their configuration also underlines the main direction, forming the common principle and logics of the complex construction.
Unlike trade fair pavilions, colored in bright, contrast colors, red and yellow, with the gradient of 4 shades. The towers have soft, laconic fronts, all stained glass and a noble white color of the architectural details.
